Writing, experiments, and a few interactive tools.
Hi, I'm Rubin [unwieldy middle name] James. Most folks just call me James. I'm a dual student and code monkey working at Sanofi. I've mostly worked in the fields of bioinformatics and chemoinformatics, and I've mostly just coded in Python, with a little bit of R. I know my way around the RDKit, and my usual strategy to solve any problem is to basically throw a whole bunch of graph theory at it until it goes away. And yes, it's worked out pretty well so far... although it probably also explains why I'm single.
This site is for writing, project notes, and interactive tools as I build things out. The blogs will be about anything that I seem to waste my time on at the moment, so don't expect anything consistent.
